Auto-Linking
This functionality allows to create automatically links between objects that share same value in one of their metadata fields chosen before auto-linking.
Auto-Linking administration menu
This panel allows to map two class fields of of two chosen object classes as a pair.
click on Add button and the Auto-Linking form will appear.
from class picker
window select desired object class as source and target,
when class is selected list of it's fields will be populated below under Source/Target header,
chose one field from source fields and one from target field and click Add Mapping button,
Mapping will be visible on Auto-Linking list.
Auto-linking function with remove surplus links option
Optional function called Unlink surplus links was added to Auto-Link operation.
Auto-linking can be done on entire database from Administrator panel or on specific Tree object, from context menu with additional "Subtree" option.
When Unlink surplus links option is checked, all links between mapped Source and Target classes will be removed (from entire database or from selected Objects only depending on options used).
As a result, for all affected objects only new links added via auto-linking operation will be present. Links that do not match Auto-link configuration will remain unaffected.
Please use "Unlink surplus links" option with care when auto-linking entire database.
Running Auto-Linking process
From Administrator panel on whole database
Auto-linking can be done on entire database from Administrator panel. This is a process done in a background and it's status can be checked on Server Tasks list.
All source class - target class pairs will be linked in your current archive version.
Optional function called Unlink surplus links can be used as well.
When Unlink surplus links option is checked, all links between mapped Source and Target classes will be removed (from entire database or from selected Objects only depending on options used).
As a result, for all affected objects only new links added via auto-linking operation will be present. Links that do not match Auto-link configuration will remain unaffected.

Run on subtree object
Auto-linking based on configuration will be done in only on selected objects and it's subtree objects.
Import
When clicking to import selected package, option will be available: Perform Auto-Linking.
During import links between imported object and existing ones in database will be created based on configuration done in Administration panel.
