Object Security panel displays the Object Tree (with objects in the chosen perspective).

By selecting a specific Objectobject, the List of security schemes (on the right panel)  changes updates to show display which security scheme restricts access to this Object object (this is also shown indicated by red font text , next to Object the object name in Treethe tree).
On the screen above, we can see that for the Root Object "Mina Fastigheter," , the default General Scheme is used.

We can click on the second security scheme scheme Room, and then click on either Assign or Assign with subtree button to restrict access to the selected object (or this object and it's its children - in case of subtree option).

Tip

In the example above, we used a Named Security Scheme : called "Room" , that generally which typically restricts access to room class objects.
This While this approach is generally fine - such schemes acceptable and can be used for Object Security but probably it's better , it might be more beneficial to have separate security schemes for Object Classes and for Object Security.

Note

Please remember that Object security is above object security takes precedence over other security / schemes. If we have enough rights (from Even if you have sufficient rights from the default security scheme or from the Type Sheme Scheme for Object class), security applied to specific object-level security can block override those rights.
So you can For example, while you may generally have enough rights to see view and edit all room objects but if you assign , assigning a security scheme to a specific room , than you may not see this could result in you being unable to see that room at all.
