Introduction

The administration panel allows for the assignment of Presentations and Dynamic Labels to users and groups.

By default, users do not have access to any Presentation Filters or Dynamic Labels.

System administrators can create presentation sets and assign users or groups to them.

Users will have access to all presentations and dynamic labels from all sets they are assigned to.

Managing Presentation Sets

Accessing Presentation Sets

To access presentation sets management panel, please open:

 Administration Panel → Presentations → Presentation Sets

Adding Presentation Set

To add sets, simply use the "New Set" button. You can create as many sets as necessary, and users will have access to all presentations within the sets they are assigned to.

For instance, you can create a common set that includes presentations accessible to all system users and also add special sets for smaller user groups.

Follow these steps:

1. Click on the "New Set" button to add a new set:

Adding Presentations or Labels to Set

After adding a set, you can include existing presentations or labels by utilizing the "Add" buttons:

Assign Users or Groups

The set will not be available to anyone by default. Please use the "Assign" button to add users and/or groups.

Users that match will be assigned presentations and labels from this set, as well as from other sets where they are assigned.

In the same way you can remove existing assignment by using Remove Selected button on the Members view.
